1. Eligibility for Return
You can apply for a return within 7 days from the date you receive the handmade crochet ornament. The returned product must be kept in its original condition, with no obvious stains, damage or man-made modification, and the original packaging, accessories and accompanying gifts shall be returned together. According to the characteristics of customized handmade products, the customized crochet ornaments made according to your exclusive design cannot be returned for non-quality problems.
2. Return Process
When you need to return the goods, please send a return application to our email aeeekkya@outlook.com, and provide your order number, product photos and reasons for return. After we confirm that your application meets the return conditions, we will send you the accurate return address and return guide within 3 working days. Please keep the return logistics voucher after you send the package back.
3. Refund Rules
After we receive the returned product and confirm that the product is intact, we will process the refund for you within 7 working days. The refund will be returned through the original payment path you used when placing the order, including PayPal or credit card account. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of your payment institution, usually within 3-10 working days. If the赠品 you received cannot be returned together, we will deduct the corresponding marked price of the赠品 from the refund amount.
4. Special Situation Handling
If the product you receive has quality problems such as weaving defects, missing parts, or serious damage caused by logistics, please contact us immediately after signing for it. After verification, we will provide you with free return, exchange or full refund service, and we will bear the return freight. For non-quality return applications, the return freight shall be borne by the customer.
5. Exclusions
Products that have been severely used, damaged by man-made, or have been partially disassembled and modified do not support the return application.
